Egg Fast – Day 2



For a change of pace, I started my day with BulletProof tea, instead of coffee.  It’s basically the same but instead of making coffee, you make tea and add the butter and coconut oil to it.  It was pretty good and a nice change of pace so I might try it again tomorrow.



I finally was able to bake some cheese into actual crunchy chips.  I cooked them at 350 for about 10 minutes and then turned the oven off and left them in there for about 30 minutes.  They came out crunchy and I had them with a little ranch again, plus the Powerade Zero.



Just a couple of warm hard-boiled eggs.



Cream Cheese Pancakes are one of my favorite egg fast meals.  I made just two since I wasn’t terribly hungry.  This gave me one egg and 1/2oz cream cheese plus some butter.  I made a larger batch, which I’ll finish off tomorrow.



I didn’t get near the eggs I had planned today.  That comes from fasting until after 11am and then having the BulletProof tea, which got me until around 4pm.  The late start, together with a nap, didn’t give me much eating time.
