Breakfast:

Since I was up late, I slept in until about 10am.  I ate about 2 slices of bacon, all that was left from my last batch, and had about half a Poweraid Zero to re-hydrate before heading out to Walmart for some shopping.

 

Lunch:

At Walmart, I bought a rotisserie chicken and ate half of the breast with a variety of hard cheese, cheddar, gouda, and provolone.  The label on the chicken said it’s 2 carbs per serving so I likely won’t get this flavor again.

 

Snack:

Also at Walmart I restocked my peanut butter supply and, by the afternoon had spooned out several delicious servings.

 

 

Dinner:

After a nap, I decided to use the other pair of bread slices I had pulled from the freezer and made a sandwich.  I had BBQ flavored pork rinds as an excellent substitute for chips.
