An Egg Fast is one of the options I’ve tried when I’ve hit a plateau and stopped losing weight. As the name implies, you do mostly eat eggs but you’re also allowed cheese and healthy fats. I was amazed at the number of recipes there are for the Egg Fast, many of which you don’t even feel like you’re eating egg.
I Breathe, I’m Hungry was/is my go-to for starting the Egg Fast. The main page does a great explanation and there’s meal plans and recipes linked, all great. Some of these recipes I eat all the time, not just when doing the egg fast.
Eating for Teal also has some good Egg Fast recipes.
